• Source Control: We strictly screen suppliers, and all raw materials entering the factory (such as high-strength alloy steel) must undergo rigorous inspections such as spectroscopic analysis and ultrasonic testing to ensure that their chemical composition, mechanical properties, and internal structure fully meet the demanding operational requirements. We create an independent “identity file” for each batch of materials to achieve full traceability.


• Process Control: In the production process, we implement the concept of "the next process is the customer." Each processing step (such as rough turning, precision turning, heat treatment, surface treatment) has clearly defined quality control points. Operators conduct self-inspections, and quality inspectors perform specialized checks to ensure that defective products never proceed to the next process.


· Final Inspection: Finished punch tubes must undergo multiple 'ultimate tests,' including dimensional accuracy, surface finish, hardness, pressure resistance, and magnetic particle inspection, to ensure their sealing, wear resistance, and fatigue strength meet or even exceed industry standards.
